Etarlis - New Album out now

On 18 June our latest album, Etarlis was unleashed on the world. The album follows the journey of two girls through a strange land beyond the boundaries imposed by reason and science and features vocals from Evelyn Downing and Kate Belcher as well as guest performances from Troy Doneckley (Iona) and Jonathon Edwards (Panic Room) For more information about the album can be found here or on the accompanying website, www.etarlis.com...
To accompany the album, Evelyn has been busy creating a place for etarlis on the internet. The site has more information about the album, artwork inspired by the music and the story, as well as the opening chapters of the adventure to introduce you to the protagonists. It is a wonderful place to explore with the promise of more to come and some hidden extras for those who know how to find them...
Forthcoming interview with Evelyn at Musical Discoveries
Evelyn recently did an interview with musicaldiscoveries.com in which, among other things, she discusses the new album. Look out for the link here soon.
Mermaid Kiss on Get Ready To Rock ‘Rising Stars’ sampler
We were honoured and excited earlier this year to be invited to submit a track for the Get Ready To Rock ‘Rising Stars’ sampler album. The album will feature up to fourteen female artists from around the world and will be launched at the Cambridge Rock Festival in August.
Love Her Madly reduced in price from £10.95 to £6.95
Released in 2002 on Skipping Discs, the “Love Her Madly – New Woman Artists Cover The Doors” compilation was the first ‘proper CD’ to feature Mermaid Kiss (under Evelyn’s name) and is still the only place where you can hear our version of ‘Summer’s Almost Gone’ a song originally on The Doors ‘Waiting For The Sun’ album
Because the Skipping Discs label has recently called it a day, it’s unlikely that we’ll be able to get any further copies of this album once our remaining stock is gone.
