Musical Discoveries article and review
Check out the fantastic site for finding female artists - musicaldiscoveries.com. In the latest updates section you will find an in depth interview with Evelyn about the band and etarlis as well some exclusive pictures and two reviews of the album - they don't do things by halves!
There are also reviews of the album now available from Progressive Ears, the Dutch Progressive Rock Page and even a couple in German, Italian and Polish! An internet translation said something about skirts and wind - if anyone can do better please feel free! More details of all reviews are on the etarlis page as ever.
itunes and cdbaby
You can now find etarlis on itunes and cdbaby - tell all your friends!
Get Ready to Rock at the Cambridge Rock Festival
Look out for the new Rising Stars sampler, featuring a track from mermaid kiss among other excellent artists. The bulk of these are for sale in Cambridge but it is possible to get your hands on one online on their website at www.themusicindex.com. You can also find out more about the cd by reading the press release available here.
etarlan radio
etarlis continues to enjoy radio play around the world and we are pleased to report that every track, yes even the prelude, has been aired at some point on stations as diverse as Radio Alfa Krakow 102. 40 FM, Poland and Ipswich Community Radio, where Nigel will be appearing on the 12 September to talk about all things musical with Phil Rowland between 11.30 and 1pm. Also online at icfm.co.uk so tune in if you are near a computer then. Or in Ipswich obviously...
Yahoo for discussion groups
There is a whisper in the ether of a discussion group being set up on Yahoo to discuss all things mer-kind. Do sign up and chat - I'm sure we will be around there occassionally as well. You can find it at here >>
